Patrick Flynn Sees Challenges in Negotiating Work From Home Policies

Patrick Flynn, assistant professor of human resource management, expects tech companies to have major challenges in negotiating work from home policies for their employees.

“The biggest I expect to see is more employee choice and empowerment in their own work arrangements,” said Flynn. “I think people will be given the opportunity to choose an arrangement that works best for them whether it’s fully in person, hybrid, or fully remote.”
