Poole College Launches Business Analytics and Business Leadership Certificates

The NC State Poole College of Management has launched the graduate certificates in business analytics and business leadership. The Jenkins MBA Program launched the certificates to allow students to differentiate themselves from other candidates and establish themselves as leaders in the workplace.

The business analytics certificate requires 14 credit hours and provides management professionals with advanced skills and techniques to address both specific and industry-wide business problems. This certificate is open to anyone for enrollment, however, priority admission is offered to Jenkins MBA students.

Only offered to current Jenkins MBA students, the business leadership certificate focuses on students embracing leadership challenges as they unfold, making sense of leadership experiences and thriving in a dynamic business culture while leading with an ethical compass.

“These new certificate programs are targeted at building skills in areas of high demand. Certificates are a great on-ramp for graduate-level training,” said Steve Allen, interim associate dean of academic programs.

“There are no standardized tests or long application forms and the courses yield an immediate return. These programs are also a wonderful opportunity for those who already have a graduate degree and want to update their capabilities.”
