The Poole Career Center helps our students navigate their career journeys by offering highly-customized services that address their individual needs and goals.

A Customized Approach

Our career team equips students to explore and leverage their value, tell their story and pursue meaningful career opportunities. By evaluating where each student is, where they’re headed and what’s most important to their professional development, our team is able to customize their approach for each student.

All students in the Master of Management, Marketing Analytics (MMA) program have access to the following career services:

Unlimited Career Coaching

The Poole Career Center team coaches students on how to communicate their newly acquired value to their employers (current or future). Students can schedule one-on-one coaching appointments with one of our exceptionally qualified executive coaches.

Networking Events

Connect with industry leaders, alumni and peers across programs through interactive in-person and virtual events. Signature opportunities include:

  • Sector Summits: Evening events featuring panels with industry leaders on topics like AI, consulting, healthcare and supply chain—followed by facilitated networking with panelists, faculty and alumni.
  • Pre-PACKed Saturday Networking Event Series: Casual, themed networking sessions held on weekday evenings prior to PACKed Saturdays. Open to both current students and alumni of the Jenkins MBA, Master of Management, Marketing Analytics (MMA), and Master of Management, Risk and Analytics (MRA) programs, these events foster cross-program connections and explore timely career topics in a relaxed, engaging format.

Professional Assessments

The Career Center conducts several assessments to help students identify potential growth areas and prepare for success, including an emotional intelligence assessment. Staff members on the Career Center team are specially certified to conduct these assessments and can ensure you get the most value from the results.

Career Workshops

The Career Center hosts workshops each semester to help students develop their resumes, craft cover letters and build impressive LinkedIn profiles.

Lifelong Support

The Career Center provides lifelong career support long after graduation, including career coaching and online services.

Flexible Scheduling

Our career services are accessible through flexible time slots and formats to accommodate students’ busy schedules.
