Session Overview
Machine learning refers to a vast set of analytical tools for understanding patterns in datasets, and such tools are increasingly being used by data scientists to understand and predict customer behavior. The webinar will introduce the topic of machine learning and artificial intelligence, cover the key types of machine learning algorithms and will demonstrate marketing applications of machine learning tools and artificial intelligence.
About Our Expert
Ram Janakiraman, Ph.D. is a Professor of Marketing Analytics and R. Randall Rollins Distinguished Professor at the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University. Ram has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Ram’s substantive research areas include marketing analytics, social and digital media, multichannel retailing, big data and marketing, healthcare marketing and marketing public policy issues. Ram’s research has received multiple research grants and has appeared in leading marketing and business peer-reviewed journals.
