Bio

Madeline Weiler is the Associate Director of Full-Time MBA Careers for the Jenkins MBA program at NC State Poole College of Management. She brings nearly a decade of experience in leadership development, career coaching and professional education.

Prior to joining NC State, Madeline served as Senior Associate Director of Leadership Programs at the University of Dayton Center for Leadership, where she designed and delivered leadership development programs for executives, emerging leaders and professionals across a variety of industries. She is passionate about helping students and professionals identify their strengths, grow as leaders and navigate their career journeys with confidence.

Earlier in her career, Madeline served as a Teach for America Corps Member and high school English language arts teacher in Jacksonville, Florida.

In her role at Poole College, Madeline supports Full-Time MBA students through career coaching and professional development programming. She also provides occasional coaching and programming support for working professional students in the Online MBA, Master of Management, Marketing Analytics (MMA), and Master of Management, Risk and Analytics (MRA) programs.

Madeline holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, an MBA and a Doctor of Education in Leadership for Organizations from the University of Dayton.
