Research interests
As a consumer behavior researcher in the field of marketing, the majority of my research focuses on consumer inference-making: understanding how consumers interpret the information they receive in the marketplace. Specifically, I study consumer inference-making regarding sustainability issues, understanding consumer evaluations of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and consumer well-being.

Observations of marketing analytics students in the classroom
Marketing analytics students are extremely hard-working, devoted, and inquisitive students. They are excited to learn and participate in class discussions. They produce high-quality work and are dedicated to finding solutions to the problem at hand.
Advice for prospective students
I would suggest taking a variety of classes and taking the time to get to know the students in each of your classes. Work with different students in different classes, rather than working with the same groups all the time. I think there is a lot of value in working with different people and learning different perspectives. Also, if you find a specific topic interesting, do not hesitate to reach out to your professors and learn more about it.
